In this case, payment is made to the courier company, which issues a fiscal receipt on behalf of the merchant in accordance with applicable legislation.
Digital Products
Digital products are available for purchase by online payment with a bank card only.
After successful payment, the customer receives access to the digital content via a download link sent to the provided email address.

4. Shipping
4.1 Physical Products
Deliveries of physical products within Bulgaria are carried out via the courier company Speedy.
The following options are available:
- delivery to a courier office
- delivery to an address
The shipping cost is fixed, displayed during the ordering process, and calculated at checkout.
The processing and dispatch time for orders is 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the description of a specific product.
International shipping is arranged after individual confirmation with the customer regarding:
- shipping method
- delivery time
- shipping cost
International deliveries may be carried out via international courier or postal services, including POST ONE or other suitable providers.
International shipping costs are agreed in advance with the customer.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital products are not subject to physical delivery.
After successful payment, the customer receives a download link for the purchased content at the provided email address. Access to digital products is granted automatically. In case of technical issues, the customer may contact us via the contact form.а.
5. Shipment Inspection
All shipments are sent with an inspection option. The customer should inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier.
In case of damaged packaging or a broken/damaged product, the damage must be reported immediately and a report must be completed with the courier. After leaving the courier office or accepting the shipment without objections, the merchant is not responsible for damages incurred during transport.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, the customer has the right to return a physical product within 14 days of receiving it.
Return conditions: the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the merchant.
7. Digital Products
In accordance with Article 57(13) of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.
8. Non-Conforming Product
If the customer receives a product that does not match the order (wrong item or variant), they have the right to return it within 7 days.
In this case: return shipping costs are borne by the merchant, and the product must be in its original condition. This condition does not apply to digital products.
9. Personal Data
Personal data provided during the ordering process is used solely for processing and fulfilling orders.
Data may be processed by third-party services used for the operation of the website, such as:
